With both the internet and apps for my smartphone, I can track what I eat at home or on the road. MyFitnessPal allows you to lookup foods and add them to your food diary – and with your smartphone scan the UPC code with your camera and instantly pull up the item and nutrition info. Looking to workout – there are TONS of Fitness videos on Youtube: Yoga, Resistance band workouts, Morning Workouts, and also check DoctorOz.com and search for workouts – he has a bunch! My doctor has told me that walking at least 20 minutes at least 5 times a week can completely change your health. So I have made it a goal to walk at least 5 times a week and track what I eat. Will update you from time to time, helps keep me accountable :}
